This agreement is concluded between the User (hereinafter referred to as the "Client") and the "Sim VPN" VPN service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") and concerns the provision of services to the Client. The Service ensures the Client's anonymity and confidentiality, but is not intended for any illegal activities. By using the Service, the Client undertakes to comply with these Terms of Service and the laws of the territory in which operations are conducted.

The Client undertakes to independently protect their login and password from unauthorized use and not to disclose this information to third parties. The Client is fully responsible for all actions carried out using their login and password.

Subscriptions, Payment, Refund Policy money and about converting to real money

• Conversion of in-app units to real world money is not provided.
• Current prices are published in the mobile app
• The Contractor may change pricing for new orders. Changes do not apply to already paid periods.
• The User's payment obligation is considered fulfilled from the moment funds are credited to the Contractor's account.
• Payment is made by the methods available on the website or in the mobile application, including bank cards and payment systems.
• Refunds are carried out in accordance with the Contractor's internal rules. Unless otherwise provided, unused periods are not refunded.
• Funds displayed in the User's account balance are not electronic money and may not be withdrawn; they may only be used to extend access to the service.

Coverage area, internet speed, and connection quality may vary when using the Service. Employees undertake to make every effort to ensure the service remains available at all times (except during maintenance and repair breaks). The service may be unavailable due to factors beyond the company's control, including emergencies, network problems or limitations, interference, signal interruptions, and disruptions to other services.

The service is not responsible for the loss of data or messages, or incorrect page display due to network problems (e.g., T-1 line). To protect users, the service may unilaterally impose limits on the use of certain data and block service to customers. Network speed is a nominal estimate and does not correspond to the actual speed of sending and receiving data. Actual network speed depends on network configuration, data compression method, network load, and other factors. The service does not guarantee the timeliness of data delivery and is not responsible for any possible delays or losses.

Hacking, virus distribution, fraudulent activity, phishing, and/or any actions by the customer deemed illegal or unwanted will result in temporary suspension or permanent termination of service. The Client is fully responsible for any consequences and losses associated with the lack of required security settings on their computer.

Changes

This is the full text of the user agreement. It may be amended from time to time. The Client is responsible for checking for updates to this agreement and familiarizing themselves with the new terms of service.
